Flexible working and work-family balance?

Hello,
my name is Katja Kopfer. I am student of the London South Bank University and enrolled for the Master course International Human Resources.
At the moment, I am writing my master dissertation on the topic "Perceptions of German and UK employees on the use of flexible working in resolving the work-family balance".
If you are living and working in the UK and have caring responsibilities (children under 18 and/or elderly/handicapped relatives you care for), I will ask you kindly to participate in the survey to support my research.
